Tarik Alhaidary (CEO)
Founder and CEO of Sabafon Yemen for 17 years. Negotiated and signed the license with the Yemen ministry of telecommunications. Rolled out and built the network of Sabafon Yemen and ran operations successfully under very difficult circumstances to become the number one mobile operator in Yemen. Competing with the likes of MTN Yemen and other operators, Tarik succeeded in taking the most market share. Put together a successful management and operation team, with local Yemenis forming more than 99% of the employees. Successfully negotiated with Siemens, Motorola and Huawei.
Tarik founded and led Sabafon Yemen. Sabafon was the first GSM operator in Yemen founded in February 2001. The operator covers up to 68% of the Yemeni population today. Tarik built the operator up from scratch navigating both difficult institutional and technical requirements.
Chaher Al Taki

Chaher Al Taki is a business entrepreneur with more than 22 years of experience in the real estate, construction and oil & gas businesses in Africa and Middle East.
Born in Damascus (Syria) in 1976, Chaher Al Taki moved to Saudi Arabia during his childhood and later on to UAE after the completion of his studies where he started his professional growth.
Since 2002, Chaher Al Taki has been a key player in the residential, hospitality and infrastructures sectors in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as Owner and Managing Partner of major companies in the region.
In 2007, Chaher Al Taki founded RUWAD CIVIL CONSTRUCTION (RCC) and it has been until now his major achievement in his professional career as reputable businessman.

Alberto Prosperi
